Whiteheads are the biggest threat for the beauty. They are made up of serum, oil and dead skin which plug up pores of the skin. Both blackheads and whiteheads are seen in teenagers as well as in adults. They are formed as pearly, tiny and white spots in skin where cells of skin are clogged. They appear same like pimples but they are different from them and they are to be removed very carefully.

Causes of whiteheads : Whiteheads are occurred due to augmentation of  hardened sebum into the pores of the skin. The actual reason of it is not known exactly. When skin pores are closed up then bacteria remain under the skin. They start to grow and a whitehead is appeared after few days. Whiteheads appear on various parts of the body such as face, around eyes and on the cheeks. Whiteheads also occur on neck, chest and forehead.

Prevention and cure of whiteheads : Never try to remove whitehead at home with your hands because they are differ from blackheads and pimples. If you clip the whitehead you may break your skin and you will get a reddish scar over the skin. To prevent your skin from whiteheads you should clean your face twice with appropriate skincare product. The ingredient of these skin product help to unclog the pores.

Exfoliate your face with exfoliating products three times a week. Apply these products on face, nose and the affected areas of skin. These products provide you with healthy and smooth skin cells to unclog the pores. You can steam your face once in a week to cleanse deep skin. While steaming wide the clogged pores and soften the skin to get cleanse the impurities more easily. You need henna powder, lemon juice, a bowl, dying brush and a shower cap to cover hair for coloring your hair.

Method of coloring hair with henna : First wear some old clothes and cover your shoulders with old towel. Wear plastic gloves to protect your hands from stains of henna. Check the number before dialing : When you are making call to anybody you should check the number of the person whom you are calking to. It helps you not to end up with making a call to wrong number. The best way to be certain about the correct number is to write it down on some paper before dialing a number.

Wait for enough rings before redialing : When you make call to anybody wait for enough rings so that person on the other line can answer to your call. You should not redial the phone after two rings because the person whom you are calling to might be busy with some work and you make him disturb by redialing again and again.

Use polite language on phone : When you are talking on phone always use polite language rather than order. Use polite words to talk a person who is receiving the call. Use words like My I please talk to. Use of polite words makes a god impression of you when you are conversing to anybody.  

Do not eat or chew on phone : When you are talking to anybody on phone do not eat and chew any thing. Person on the other line never likes to hear sound of chewing and crunching while making conversation on the phone moreover it makes your sound harsh to ears.

Leave a message when person is not available : When person whom you are calling is not available and answering machine picks up then leave a message after the beep.
